Called PHH (800-449-8767) this morning and talked to a rep who said the house is in "active foreclosure" and referred me to the attorneys handling the case Fisher & Shapiro (847-291-1717) for a reinstatement amount.
I told our rep that we had a court order to put the house on the market and he said he will forward the "short sale" package via email.
Called Fisher & Shapiro and left a voice mail message.
Ken has not given me any indications or paperwork regarding the house being in foreclosure.
