OP - Day 2

No calls or texts from Ken were received by me.
I repeatably reminded the children during the day to text him or call me to check on him. They did not until later on.
Around 2pm, I asked the children if they wanted to spend the evening or some time with their dad and they said yes. Julius called him and asked him could they meet him at McDonalds. Per Julius, Ken said that he did not want to see them right now because he was still mad. The children were disappointed.
Around 7pm, Daphnee called Ken from her new cell phone and had the call via speakerphone while I was with her in the boys bedroom. She asked him if they could come over to his house to which he responded that he could not be around me, therefore did not want them to come over. I quietly told Daphnee that I could drop them off in front of the house and she repeated that to Ken who once again told her that he didn't want them to come over. At that point, after Daphnee asked why, he proceeded to tell her that because I had an order of protection against him that he could not see them or be around me. Daphnee was on the verge of tears because for the second time in the day, Ken said that he did not want to see them.
At 7:20pm, I texted John C. to inform him to let Ken know that because he mentioned the court order to Daphnee over the phone, he could be in violation. A couple of texts between John and I followed.
At 8:33pm the children received a text from Ken saying "I love you" to which they all responded. Around 8:40pm we drove by the Idlewild home while dropping off Kenneth's friend home and the garage door was open, both vehicles in, light on. On the way back, nothing changed except the lights were off in the garage. As of 10pm, no additional texts/calls were exchanged between Ken and the children.
