On September 1, 2009 - I called Bank of America regarding our credit card - balance of $12,700, credit limit of $13,500.
Ken is an authorized user of the account, using a card in his name but with the same number as mine. Bank of America removed him as an authorized user and I gave them permission to cancel both cards and to re-issue one in my name only that will be mailed at home within 7-10 business days.
As of today, Ken has no access to the Bank of America credit card and is not authorized to use it.
