State Farm (3)

I received a phone call from Debbie at State Farm informing me that since I had my own rental insurance, they had to remove me as the "owner" of the homeowner insurance for the Idlewild home and added me as a beneficiary. She confirms that in case of a loss, I would still receive my share of the insurance.

AT&T U-verse

On January 4, 2010, I received an email indicating that a voice mail was left on the Idlewild home house phone (xxx-xxx-0526). I was surprised since this line was supposed to get cut off on Janaury 2, 2010. I called AT&T from Cardinal (I was at work) and they informed me that Ken called them and requested the phone line to be active until January 23, 2010. TV and Internet had been cut off on January 2, 2010 as planned. This account was ONLY in my name, under my social security number, with a password and security questions, all of them which Ken did not know. AT&T mistake or not, the phone should have been off. I requested this line to be cut off immediately. I also went online and took a look at the activity on the phone line. This is when I noticed that Ken was at home that day (took a day off from work apparently) and also has been calling his "lady friend" from the home phone, one call was at 10:36pm at night only 2-3 days after I moved out. I set up all phone calls placed to the house to be forwarded to my cell phone. As of today (1/23), I am still receiving incoming phone calls but the outgoing phone calls have been terminated since last week.

Kids complaning

I picked up the kids on Friday January 22, 2010 at 6pm from Idlewild home and daycare. They immediately started to complain about Ken. About the fact that he yells at them in the morning, feed them junk food (ie canned raviolis, donuts, cookies, doritos) and even though Ken complains to them about not having them enough, when they are spending the night, he is outside on his cell phone for hours at the time while they are in the house alone (no cell phone signal inside Idlewild home). The kids are also sleeping on the lay-out couch in the living room instead of sleeping in their own beds and bedrooms. They are saying that they do not get enough rest because it is not as comfortable as their beds.

Homewood Animal Hospital

Due to our trip to France from December 17, 2009 to December 27, 2009, I set-up our dog Maverick to be boarded at our regular vet at Homewood Animal Hospital for the duration of the trip. On Thursday December 17, 2009, upon landing in Detroit, I received a voice mail from our vet stating that Maverick has an ear infection that needed treatment and also some antibiotics/steroids for the new growth he developed on his paw, between his toes. I okayed treatment over the phone and told them to give him whatever was necessary.
On December 28, 2009, Ken called Homewood Animal Hospital to see what time would Maverick be ready for pick-up. They informed him that the total bill for boarding and medical treatment was $560. It was understood between Ken and I prior to our trip that he would pick-up the vet bill since I was paying for the trip, including approximately $1,500 for car rental in France that was charged on Chase Credit Card.
Because of the monet he spent in France ($200 for coats/hat and cash withdrawal of 160 euros) he informed me that since he had to pay for January mortgage, he could not afford paying for Maverick.
On that same day, Chris from Homewood Animal Hospital called me at 11:38am and I paid Maverick's bill over the phone for the total amount due of $560 by charging it to my Chase Credit Card.

Sensitive Documents Removal (2)

On Wednesday, December 16, 2009, the eve of our trip to France, I moved all the documents back in place into my dresser in our bedroom at the Idlewild home.
