Moving Plans

On Saturday November 21, 2009, I informed Ken of my intentions of moving out of our home when we return from our trip to France (Dec 17-Dec 27, 2009). He does not agree with my decision. A second discussion about my moving plans took place in presence of our counselor Dee Collins and her husband Byron Collins in her office in South Holland on Monday November 23, 2009. I informed Ken that I wish to remain friends with him and that my main concern is the smooth transition for the children's sake. The children were also informed on our separation on Sunday November 22, 2009.

On Friday November 20, 2009 the $4,000 was credited to my TCF bank account.

On 11/18/09, I requested a $4,000 loan out of my McKinney|Chicago 401(k) plan (50% of the vested value) in order to hire my lawyer but also to cover the security deposit for the rental home/condo and some moving/furniture expenses. The funds are to be direct deposit to my TCF Bank Checking Account.
The loan was accepted my the President and forwarded to our AAAA Benefits's contact.

Chase Checking/Saving Account (2)

On 11/18/09 - both new accounts are appearing under my chase.com log-in. They were renamed "Anne Checking" and "Anne Savings", both still show a $0 balance but should be $75 in the checking and $25 in the savings (once it clears from TCF).

On 11/17/09 I opened a new Checking Account and Savings Account with Chase on chase.com. I requested a Chase Reward Debit Card but did not order checks yet.
My plans are to have my McKinney|Chicago and Cardinal Building Maintenance paychecks direct deposited on the new account starting December 1, 2009.

USPS PO Box

On 11/17/09 I applied online with the USPS for a PO Box at the Homewood Post Office at 1921 Ridge Road in Homewood, Illinois. I requested a size 2 PO Box for paid for 6 months the fee of $35.00 plus $2.00 for 2 keys.
I need to finish the process at the Post Office in order to receive my keys.

I left Walts and drove eastbound on 183rd street, Ken pulled up right next to me in his Orkin truck approaching Dixie Highway and blew the horn about 15 times trying to get my attention. He cut me off and got in front of me so I turned right on a side street to get home.
He opened my door as I parked in the garage and starting yelling at me for not answering his phone calls. I got off the car, went to the truck to get the 2 bags of groceries and he physically blocked my way back to the house, demanding answers once again. I asked him to move about 4 times but he refused. I had my phone on my hand and it's only when I threatened him to call the police that he moved and let me in the house.
